Regardless of how crazy the weather is nowadays, it is always important to take care of our skin not only with products, but also with the things we eat on our regular diet.
With that being said, I’m gonna share with you some of my favorite food that will keep your skin healthy even during winter.
First we have almonds, these nuts will turn into your BFF during winter and probably for the rest of the year due to the benefits it brings to your. Almonds are very rich in antioxidants that will do wonders during colder days and, it is also a great for vitamin E, which protects your skin from UV rays.
Another great food for winter is avocado, with vitamins such as A,C,E this fruit will protect you from UV rays and provides your skin with natural antioxidants that reduce any oxidative damage. Another great thing about the avocado is that it will help your skin maintain its elasticity due to its fat.
And finally there’s the broccoli, a great vegetable packed with natural estrogens that will keep your skin as pretty as always. It also has vitamin like C and B; vitamin C will increase the collagen production while vitamin B will get rid of dry and flaky patches.
