My Top 3 Mexican Designers To Watch

Hey guys,

On this post I want to share with you some of my favorites Mexican designers, if you have followed my blog you probably know that I am obsessed with Mexican Jewelry designers so I thought it was only fair that I share with you some of my favorites Mexican designers at the moment.

Salo Shayo

This based in Mexico fashion brand was launched in the year 2014. Salo Shayo can be described as a contemporary and with an eye for detail fashion brand focus on the fabric and the silhouettes behind every piece.  Personally what I love about this brand is the structure and the aesthetic consistence it has through all the collections.

Alejandro Carlín

Alejandro Carlín launched his fashion brand on the year 2003 in the city of Monterrey. He has presented his pieces in Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Mexico,  Madrid’s Fashion Week (SIMM). His aesthetic is very focused to the women’s figure; for me this designer like to keep women’s femininity but with a sense of fierceness to it which makes me like his brand a lot.

LRS Studio

The LRS studio is the creation of Raul Solis a designer, artist and stylist from Mexico. . His pieces emerge from an abundance of references to deliver a soft post-minimal look having as inspiration nightclubs, spirit of sculpture, photography  and daily life. LRS sets an interplay with disparate materials such as vinyl, cashmere, and wool making his designs as unique as his persona is.

There you have them guys, those are my fav Mexican designers at the moment, they’re not the only ones but I have been following them a lot quite recently. Please let me know if you have any favorite designer.

Until next time,

Selene
