Most of us have had acne problems with our skin and it’s perfectly normal, just as normal as we getting scars because of these. I know there are so many products out that promise will help you with the scars and some of them actually do their job but mostly it’s just about fading them.
So, before trying these products I would just suggest you doing simple things that can prevent the scars from either appearing or turning worst.
One thing that you need to know is that not all marks are acne scars, sometimes, these marks or scars can be dark spot which eventually will fade away in a period if six months; on the other hand if it is indeed a pockmark (acne scar) it is recommended to treat it with either filters or laser.
Also, avoid exposing your skin to the sun or simply just applying sunscreen is one the best helps you can give to your ski. If you don’t protect your skin from the sun, the marks will get darker and the healing process will take longer.
Another thing that’s worth mentioning is that applying vitamins directly where the scar is can make things worse, instead, try incorporating them to your meals. A great tip is to consume vitamins that help the rebuild the collagen for example: vitamin C.
And finally, help the healing process with products that are meant for this skin problem or for scars treatment.
