Don’t Let Your Makeup Be a Melting Ice Cream…

Moving back to Seoul made me realize that putting on your makeup during this extreme weather ain’t easy…so I had to look up for some tips, advices or whatever you wanna call it to stop my makeup from melting… sweat is your worst enemy during summer.

So, I’m gonna share with you some of these tips that I found very useful. Let’s begin, shall we?

Make Primer A Must During This Season

Too Face Primed & Poreless

Primer will allow your foundation to last longer on your face, also an oil free primer would be the best choice during summer. My go to for this product is the Too Face Primed & Poreless Primer.

Don’t Forget Your Sunscreen

I know that the oily sensation is a big no no during summer but we can try some oil free sunscreen, while using this our face will be “double- primed”. My picked  the Coppertone® Oil Free FACES Sunscreen Lotion you can pick either a 30 factor or a 50 factor sunscreen.

Long-Wearing Formulas? Yes, please

Go for a foundation that’s waterproof  and that can last for a whole day that’s why the Pro-Longwear-Nourishing-Waterproof-Foundation by Mac, it’s my go to. It ‘s a  waterproof formula that lasts for 24 hours and can be used as a foundation or concealer.

Don’t Worry About Your Eyeshadow

Now, I don’t apply eyeshadow on a daily basis, but,  apply your eyeshadow with a dampened shadow brush, this will give your eyeshadow a glazed look when it dries up. **Urban Decay Eyeshadow

Finishing Touches

NYX Fini mat

Applying setting spray/mist to your makeup is always a good idea, this will lock your look without a doubt. My pick for this one is the NYX Matte Finishing Setting Spray, it is lightweight and comfortable while working hard to make sure your makeup stays put.

Wipe the sweat away

Use blotting sheets, these are just amazing…it helps you control the oil on your skin without drying it too much. This sheets are great  for both oil and shiny faces. My pick, the CLEAN & CLEAR® Oil Absorbing Sheets

And that’s it…you could also add some toner to this whole process but in my opinion these are the essential tips if you like to go straight to the point.

Until next time,
