How to find the perfect skirt

Hey guys!

We all know that when it comes to clothes the better they fit the better they’ll look, that’s why I wanna share with you some notes on how to choose a skirt that flatters your body type and also your height. Let’s begin, shall we?

Body Type:

Banana or Rectangular: Use skirts that add volume to your hips and that create an curvy illusion and if not go with pencil skirts, this will continue with your body’s straight line. If you have this body type you can actually play a lot with the skirts.

Pear or Triangle Upward: Go for A shaped skirts also you can try skirts that are fitted on the waist line, this one tend to look good on every body type. Also,  try to avoid ruffles or any extra volume on the skirt since this will add a bit of extra volume to your hips.

Apple or Triangle Downward: When you have an apple shaped body go for skirts that add volume to your hips that way you’ll find the proper balance with your upper body.

Hourglass Shape or  Triangles opposing:  A shaped skirts go well with your curves since you continue with the flow of your body but I would suggest that you go for skirts such as pencil skirts, this type of skirt will definitely show off your curves.

Petite 5’4 (1.62cm) or less: Go for skirts that have slits, miniskirts and skirts that are just above your knees.

Average 5’5-5’9 (1.65-1.75cm): Miniskirts, and midi skirts are your partners in crime. If you’re not so sure abut the midi skirt use a pair of nudes this will gave more length to your legs.

Tall above 5’9 (1.75cm): Go conquer the world with your legs for weeks! It doesn’t matter wether you choose mini, midi or a maxi skirt you’re gonna rock those legs.
