I’m gonna try not to ramble so much for this post so, today I want to share with you some basic steps to creating a healthy daily skincare routine.
- Always wash your face before sleeping: Our face is expose to thousands of impurities during the day so at night the ideal situation would be to wash them all, for that reason having a face wash is a must and if you’re a lazy girl like myself get some face wipes, they might not be as efficient as the face wash but it’s better than nothing and they do help.
- Tone it up: After washing your face remember to use a toner, with this, you will moisturize, minimize the pores and refresh your skin.
- Don’t forget to moisturize: This is the final step for our routine, what this will do is hydrate your skin and also prevents your skin from the environment, it’s some sort of shield for your skin if you will. Once again, depending on your skin type the necessities for your skin will change; if you have dry skin try using creams with humectants than will seal the moisture, for the oily skin there are some creams that are oil free and for normal skin go light with the moisturizer. *Don’t forget to apply it also on your neck!
- Under eye bag: I tend to forget about this major step in our routine and it’s not as time consuming as one would assume just apply an eye mask or an eye roller and that will do the job for puffy eyes and will avoid the panda eyes.
