Making green my new BFF…

Hey guys!

Today I want to share with you an easy and healthy way to keep not only our body clean, but also our skin. Recently I’ve changed my diet because I was such a fast food junkie, so it was  obvious that no matter how many facials, exercise  or treatments I did, my skin and body would still looked/ fell ill.

And you know what they say…you are what you eat. So why not give ourselves a treat and start eating healthier…right?

I’ll share with you my  top 5 of fruits and veggies (sounds weird) and explain you some of the advantages it has for your body. Ready?

5.  Edamame (Japanese soybean): I love love this ones, it so good when it’s only steamed and with just a pinch of salt. Besides being delicious it can help you to lower your cholesterol level.


4.Seaweed: This little fellow provides you with an amazing dosis of minerals and iodine which is essential for thyroid. (Japanese food anyone?)


3.Broccoli: Unlike many other kids I actually enjoyed eating broccoli as a kid and even nowadays it is one of my faves. Broccoli  has  a lot of  cancer-fighting antioxidants. It’s also very rich in zinc, vitamin C and selenium which work as antioxidants that prevent the skin’s early aging.


2.Kiwi:  Looking for  nice skin? Add some Kiwi to your diet; vitamins C and E are also known to prevent the skin’s early aging.  The kiwi maybe small but thanks to the amount of fiber it contents is consider to be a natural laxative in case you need it.


1.Avocado: Yes, I do love avocado…it’s delicious! And, it’s amazing for our health. Not only does it helps you get a healthier skin, you can also eat it if you have bad breath problems, keeps your eyes healthy, prevents prostate and breast cancer, lowers cholesterol levels…just to name a few. This is all posible thanks to the  minerals such as vitamin C, B6, B-12, A, D, K, E, thiamin, riboflavin, and niacin that can be found in the avocado.
